Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us!

Items must be returned within 14 days of being delivered. Returns will receive store credit. There will be no refund, exchange, or credit given after 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

All sales are final on sale merchandise. No returns or exchanges on sale merchandise.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
All lingerie, panty, and jewelry purchases are final. Jewelry is guaranteed for 2 weeks from purchase. All Holiday purchases are extended to January 10 for exchange or store credit only. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
